WARREN, Theresa Elizabeth – Peacefully at home with her family by her side on Sunday, September 8th, 2019 in her 74th year. Theresa Elizabeth Warren (nee Charbonneau) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Walter Douglas Warren (November 18, 2018). Caring mother of Patricia Warren (John Millar). Doting grandmother of Morgan Neilson (Nic) and Griffin Warren-McDonald. Loving great grandmother of John Douglas Neilson. Theresa will be greatly missed by Rhea (the late Neil) Poupore, Margaret (Terry) Wendt, Geraldine (the late David) Newell and Joan Charbonneau. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close family friends. Predeceased by parents Wilfred and Rhea Charbonneau (nee Beaupre). Respecting Theresa’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Special thank you to Linda Thom for all the care, support and happiness you have provided mom over the past year. Thank you to Dr. Todd Gauthier and his office staff for being so nice and ensuring mom’s wishes were met. Thank you to the Palliative Nursing Staff for the care and respect they provided mom at home.
