On September 25, 2019, Sylvestre went into the arms of his Lord and Saviour at the age of 50.
He will be forever in the hearts of his family: wife, Regina Bipendu; children, Daniel Kasongo, Mary Kasongo, Marcus Yongo, and Olivia Onokoko; brother, Albert (Pamela) Yongo, and Marcus (Bernadette) Yongo; sister, Elaine Yongo; cousins, Michel (Julie) Shako, and Papy Omayeke; numerous relatives and friends.
Sylvestre was predeceased by his father, Daniel Onokoko, and by his mother, Maria Like.
Sylvestre was born on September 9, 1969, in the DRC Congo. He immigrated to Canada in 2013 where he completed his education to become a health care aid.
Le 25 septembre 2019, Sylvestre est passé dans les bras de son Seigneur et Sauveur à l’âge de 50 ans.

2013 où il a terminé ses études pour devenir aide-soignant.
