It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a kind and gentle man. Stanley is predeceased by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Stan Krafchek and his brother Donald. He is survived by his wife Helen, sons Michael and John, grandson Francois and sister Joan Arnold. His many nieces and nephews affectionately knew him as Uncle Bunny. Stanley worked at MacDonald Westburn.
A lifelong learner and lover of libraries and books, his passion for reading included poetry, history and biographies. Writing, painting, listening to the radio and long walks in nature also brought him enjoyment.
Stanley’s family would like to thank the 4th floor staff of Grand River Terrace at Freeport Hospital for the loving care he received.
