On September 6, 2019 Mrs. Lois Sharek of Elk Point passed away at the age of 86 years. She is survived by her children, David (Rita) & Donna (Lorne) Jesperson; granddaughter, Tammy (Matt) Pfeiffer and their children, Kadence & Kaylee; step-grandchildren, Mark Jesperson and his children, Jonathan, Bradley & Hannah, Kristina (Sean) Evans and their children, Madelyn & Olivia and Michael (Kelley) Jesperson; 2 sisters, Doreen (Fritz) Younghans & Carol (Reg) Madsen; numerous nieces & nephews. Mrs. Sharek was predeceased by her husband, Stephen; parents, Trygve & Wilma Kjenner; and brother, Einar Kjenner. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 21 at 1:30 p.m. at Allied Arts Centre, Elk Point, with private family inurnment in Elk Point East Cemetery, Elk Point. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations may be made to Alberta Cancer Foundation, Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation or a charity of one’s choice c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul AB T0A 3A1.
