Peacefully, on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, in her ninety-third year. Beloved wife of the late Azriel Gershon Wolfstein. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of William (Bill) and Joanne Wolfstein, Annette Wolfstein and David Joseph, Edward (Ed) Wolfstein and Sally Herschorn. Cherished grandmother of Nancy, and Robert (Robbie) Wolfstein; Brian Joseph and fiancée Rachel Pearl, Noah Joseph and Alexandra Quinn; Shana Wolfstein and Federico Zepeda, and Joshua Wolfstein. Great-grandmother of Gershon and Maetav. Predeceased by her siblings, Mikhail and Sasha. Rose will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Mount Sinai Hospital for their care, kindness and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, September 28 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at her daughter’s home, Friday following burial, Saturday from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Due to the advent of Rosh Hashanah, shiva ends Sunday afternoon.
