BASSETT, Ronald Geoffrey – Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday September 1, 2019 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of the late Sharon Elizabeth Bassett (2008). Dearly loved father of Kristen and Geoff Bassett. Cherished papa of Tristan Bassett, Dade Bassett, Samia Bailey, Tannon Bassett and Biker Bassett. Dear brother of Rod Bassett and Ruth Haggerty. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Wilhemina Bassett and his brother Gord Bassett. Ron taught elementary school for over 35 years with Princess Elizabeth Public School, Orchard Park Public School and Simcoe Street Public School. Cremation has taken place. Friends and family are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Saturday from 2 to 4 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at 4 pm at the funeral home.
