Born in fleet Alberta to Dennis and Jessie (Ellis) Willis, passed suddenly after a short illness on Monday, September 23, 2019. Rod leaves behind the love of his life Dorothy Walker;
step son Adam Smith (Yvonne) and grandchildren Emily and Elisha Smith all of Wabush, NL; sister in law Eleanor; sisters Bonnie O’Hara and Tammy (Greg) Frank and brother Bruce (Carie); nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and great, great nieces and nephews; two aunts and numerous cousins. Rod was predeceased by his father and mother, brother Richard (Dick) and brother in law Lawrence.
