Obituary of Rebecca Coates
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rebecca Coates announce her passing on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 81 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Wilfred Coates; children: Roderick (Sharon), Bonnie (Allan), Gina (Kent); grandchildren: Matthew, Amy, Michael, James, Evelyn, Kieran; great-grandchildren: Jaxen, Jayce and Everliegh; brother: Leslie (Barb); sister: Julie as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Jessie Hughes; brothers: Nick, Thomas, George, John, Abel; sister Minnie; grandchild Thomas. Visitation on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 7 – 9 P.M., family only, at Fillatre’s Funeral Home and Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 7 – 9 P.M. at Fillatre’s Funeral Home for the public. Funeral service on Monday, September 30, 2019, 2 P.M. at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church with Reverend Derrick officiating. Special thanks to Teena and Barry, all staff at the Labrador Health Centre and the Labrador Long Term Care.
