Odette Monique Maria Van der Gulik Beeckaert

Passed away, with her loving son Mike and family by her side, at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, on September 26th, 2019, Odette Monique Maria Van der Gulik, at the age of 77. Born on February 7, 1942 in Zarren W.F. Belgium, to the late Jules Camiel Beeckaert and late Nera Maria (Wathy) Beeckaert. Odette was a former dedicated employee of Johnson Controls for 22 years, retiring in 1998. Odette was a proud member of Imperial Order Daughters of the Empire, Tillsonburg. Odette will be dearly missed by her sons Mike (wife Sheila) and Mark (wife Dana). Also survived by her sister Cheryl Sealy (husband Anthony). Odette was a special grandmother to Kisa, Mia, Steven, Stacey; and to her great-grandchildren Ashlynne and Ryland.
In keeping with Odette’s expressed wishes, cremation has taken place. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted with confidence to the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes- Burial and Cremation Services Inc., 262 Broadway Street, Tillsonburg. Memorial donations in Odette’s memory can be made to the “Canadian Red Cross” through the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes, Tillsonburg 519-842-4238.
