CUNNINGHAM, Mrs. Nancy Ruth (nee Gardner)
May 3, 1949-September 9, 2019
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy at the age of 70. She will always be loved and greatly missed by her husband of 48 years, Glenn her son Jeff, and her daughter, Amy Stevenson (Brett) and her grandchildren Owen, Olivia and Griffin. Her smiling face and positive attitude will be missed by her brothers Jim Gardner (Janis), and Stephen Gardner (Marva), her nieces and nephews, her extended family and her many friends. Predeceased by her parents Marg and Bill Gardner. Nancy graduated from Crestwood, and worked for CIBC, Sears, and Newmarket Allergy Clinic. She was a volunteer for various organizations including a hockey convenor. Bringing her dedication, knowledge and sense of community to all. She deeply cared for others and was a giver of her heart, time and compassion. The family extends their sincere thanks to her friends, the excellent care from PRHC and Hospice and Selwyn Outreach Centre. Friends will be received at the SELWYN OUTREACH CENTRE, 2686 Lakefield Rd., Peterborough on Monday, September 16, 2019 from 6:00-9:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 1:00 PM. at Selwyn Outreach Centre. Reception to follow in the church hall. Interment Lakefield Cemetery.
