Passed away suddenly at his home in Port Hope on Monday September 23, 2019. Michael Sinnott, graduate of U of T, B. of Music 1986, B. of Ed. 1987, beloved husband of Monique Ort. Dear father of Madeleine, Sebastian and Juliette. Brother of Patricia Sinnott, Susan Sinnott (Howard Hodgins), Catherine (David Etheridge) and Paul Sinnott the late Kim. Son of the late Elva and Pat Sinnott. Music was central to Michael’s life as a music educator and performer. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Sunday September 29th from 1 to 4 pm. Funeral Mass at The Church of Our Lady of Mercy, 155 Walton Street, Port Hope, Monday September 30th, 10 am. Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery.
