With sorrow, the family of Mary Dechant announces her death on September 12, 2019 at the age of 92 years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph, in 1995 and a granddaughter in 1980. She was also predeceased by eight siblings.
She is survived by her seven children, Agnes (Bill), Martina (Orrin), Lucille (Harry), Ilene (Rick), Clarence (Alayne), Carol and Laurence (Eryn); eleven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Emelie and Bill; sisters-in-law, Katie and Clara and brother-in-law, Frank.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at St. Albert Catholic Parish, 7 St. Vital Ave., St. Albert.
We extend our thanks to Youville Home in St. Albert.
