The family of Marjorie Taras announces her passing on September 26, 2019 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon at the age of 71. She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 46 years, Bruce Taras; her sons, Mitchell (Millicent) Taras of Calgary, AB, Christopher Taras of Saskatoon, SK and daughter, Amanda Taras of Saskatoon, SK; Grandchildren, Amanda and Chad Kereluk; great-grandchildren; Jaris, Kyler, and Lillianna Kereluk; siblings, Geraldine (Sid) Dutchak, Murray (Barb) Epp, Karen (Al) Greaves, Russell (Leslie) Epp, Patty (Stan) Unruh, Darrell (Monica) Epp; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Ruby and David Epp. Marjorie was born in Rosthern, SK, raised in Waldheim, SK and attended school in Waldheim and Saskatoon Business College. She worked at Intercontinental Packers for 12 years before working with her husband Bruce for 28 years in Saskatoon. She was a cashier at Confederation Superstore for the last 17 years. Marjorie was an avid reader, enjoyed knitting, live music and concerts, and camping and travelling with family. On her 70th birthday, she very much enjoyed the time she was able to spend with friends and family. As in life, as a very considerate person, Marjorie did not want to burden anyone with her passing. No Funeral Service will be held. A Celebration of Marjorie’s life is to be announced at a later date. Her family would like to extend their many thanks to the doctors and staff at Royal University Hospital and St. Paul’s Hospital, the home care nurse Bev, and family, neighbours, and friends for their care and kindness. Arrangements in care of Mourning Glory Funeral Services (306)978-5200.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Marjorie Taras..
