Marilyn taught her family how to love and care for others. She was a care provider to many people herself over the years. She worked in retail for a number of years in downtown Paris. Once grandchildren arrived, she retired to enjoy them. She also supervised children at Central School in her role as a “Lunch Mom”, where she enjoyed watching the children grow up over the years. Marilyn was a lifelong member of St. James Anglican Church and was involved in Ladies Group and the Church Fall Festival. Marilyn took pride in her home and enjoyed puttering in her garden. She was an avid reader and enjoyed collecting tea pots over the years.
Cremation has taken place. A family service will be held with Interment Paris Cemetery.
