Peggy passed away September 29, 2019 in Vermilion, Alberta at the age of 84 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children Wes (Gail) Bowers, Bernie Bowers (Jo-Anne Blanchard), Terry Freeman (Cathy Mansfield), Shirley (Gord) Kricheldorf, Tony Freeman (Linda Noster), Shelagh Nielsen, Diane Freeman, Lynn (Don) Searle, Mona Payne, and Graham Bowers; sister Pearl Commodore; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Bernie Bowers; parents Arthur and Loretta Poile; brother Harold (Sandra) Poile; son-in-Law Mike Romano; and granddaughter Holly Freeman.
A Celebration of Life will be held on a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to the Friends of the Vermilion Health Centre (Palliative Care) or a charity of choice.
