Obituary for
Lucille Marie-Reine Gallant
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lucille Marie-Reine Gallant (nee Pelletier) peacefully and with loving family at her side on September 21, 2019.
She will be missed beyond words by all of her family and friends. Lucille was predeceased by two loving husbands, John Gallant and Andre Champoux. She was the beloved mother of Louise (Massart), Karen (McAndrew), Denise (Odgren) and Keith.
Cherished grandmother to Christopher, Jennifer, Kory, Philip and James. Loving great-grandmother of Leah, Jack, Shae, Madison, Hanna, Sophia, and Maevery. She will be sadly missed by her siblings, Carol, Rita, Yvonne and Butch. She will remain in the hearts and thoughts of the rest of her extended family and all those who knew her.
Sincere thanks to the physicians and nursing staff at the Queensway Carleton Hospital for their wonderful care and compassion. A memorial service is being held on Monday, October 7th, 2019, at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway) at 1:00pm followed immediately by a reception.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Queensway-Carleton Hospital Foundation in Lucille’s honour.
