Obituary for Lorna A. Scott (nee Holland)
Passed peacefully on September 11, 2019 at Alexander Place in Waterdown in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband Clare. Loving mother of Dan and Randy. Loving grandmother of Maxwell and Kelsey. Lorna had a lengthy career as an educator starting modestly near her hometown of Schreiber, Ontario at just 18, and advancing through the ranks to retiring as Special Education Co-Ordinator with The Halton Board of Education 42 years later. Lorna has played a province-wide role in the development of programs for students with special needs. She will be sadly missed by her many students, friends and family.
