Linda Marie Pinch
1951-2019
We, the family, would like to announce the passing of Linda
Marie Pinch, age 68, wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Linda,
formerly of West Brooklyn, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019
in Dykeland Lodge, Windsor. Born in Lakeville, she was a daughter of
the late Gerald and Bernice (Johnstone) Dominey. Linda was employed at
the IGA bakery, Towers bakery and restaurant as well as Zellers
Department Store, from where she retired. She was a devoted and loving
wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She leaves behind to
mourn, her husband of 51 years, Morton, and their children, Tracy
Arsenault, Windsor; Chris (Tammy), Hortonville; grandchildren,
Brittney Arsenault, Marley Ettinger, Kevin (Ashley) Ettinger, Mistee
(Richard) Davis, Dustin Corbett, Ashton Lamont; great-grandchildren,
Tapaynga Arsenault, Brooklyn Ettinger, Elijah Lohnes, Zoey Tipple,
Dawson Hiltz, Noah Corbett, Elliott Corbett, Brantley Davis; sisters,
Helen Pyne; Geraldine (Burnell) Sanford; Sue (St. Clair
“John”) Hubley; Christine (Brent) Fraser; brothers,
Freddie (Pat); Mike; Garnet (Laura); Donnie (Bev); Ed (Loretta); Gary
(Mary); sister-in-law, Pearl, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and
cousins. Linda also leaves behind her fur baby, Allie. She was
predeceased by sister, Margaret, in infancy; brother, Wayne;
brother-in-law, Ronald Pyne and sister-in-law, Sheila. Cremation has
taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service, by
request. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6-8 p.m.
on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the Hortonville Hall. No flowers, by
request. Donations in memory may be made to Canadian Liver Foundation.
The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the staff of
Dykeland Lodge and to Robin and Murray Clowry for their love and
compassion. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White
Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services,
Kentville.
