Obituary of Lillian Lavon Carey
Lillian Lavon (Banks) Carey, 80 of Berwick passed away on August 29, 2019 in the Grand View Manor. Born in Billtown, she was the daughter of the late Lindsay and Neta (Ward) Banks.
She is survived by sons Donald of Wilmot and Ronald of North Greenwood; brothers Richard (Judy) and Donald (Darla) both of Prince George, BC; sisters Pauline of Lakeville and Geraldine of British Columbia; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Beside her parents, Lillian was predeceased by her brothers Jimmy, Lindsay, Gerald and Ivan.
A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 1:30pm in the Lakeview Cemetery, all are welcome. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4P 1B9 (902-679-2822).
