It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Lila MacLellan at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by her husband Carl Garrett, her daughter Annie and grandchildren Dennis and Tanya.
She leaves behind her children:
Gloria (Bill), Dorothy (Denys), Brian (Cathy), Edward (Jean), Betty (Robert), Bonnie, Greta (Renaud), Michael (Sheila);
Her sisters Peggy and Jean, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitations will be held at the Henri Thibodeau Funeral Home located at 221 chemin Cyr, in New Richmond. Visiting hours will be on Sunday, September 15 from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm. The funeral service will take place on the following day, Monday, September 16, at
1 pm at the Bethel Bible Chapel located at 116 Rue des Vétérans, New Richmond. At 2 pm, interment will take place in Black Cape Cemetery.
The Henri Thibodeau Funeral Home has been entrusted with organizing the above mentioned services.
