Born in Halifax he was a son of John & Mary (MacNeil) Hughes. He is survived by his wife the former Gloria Osborne and their family. Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 p.m. Saturday 28, 2019 in Dartmouth Funeral Home, 29 Queen Street, Dartmouth.
