Larry Andrew Crocker
Larry Andrew Crocker – age 65, of Kentville,
formerly of Canning, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2019 in
the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Halifax, he was a son
of the late Shirley Jordan and Percy Crocker. Larry drove a cab for
many years. He also sold Christmas trees and veggies on the side of
the road and did a lot of volunteering. He will truly be missed by his
family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Shirley (Parsons);
children, Melissa (Steven), Jason (Vanessa), Larry (Melanie);
grandchildren, Jay Thomas (Mandie), Braden (Emily), Bethany
(Courtney), Caden, Chloe, Colton, Sam, Sierra, Hope;
great-grandchildren, Emma, Bryton, Tianna, Scott, Maisie, Abbie,
Ryder, Rayne; sisters, Judy Crocker, Janet Martin, Wendy McGowan;
brothers, Bernard Crocker, Gary Jordan, Wade Crocker, Farrell Jordan;
several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by siblings, Edward
Webster, Brenda Fraser and Stephen Crocker.
Cremation has taken place and there will
be no visitation, by request. The funeral service will be held at 2:00
p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2019 in the White Family Funeral Home,
Kentville, Reverend John Andrew officiating. Donations in memory may
be made to the Diabetes Canada (NS). Funeral arrangements have been
entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services,
Kentville.
