d’Eon, Landry Lucien
Henri, age 68, Pont du
Marais Boarding Home, Lower West Pubnico. With
family at his side, and after a very brief illness, Landry died
peacefully September 21, 2019, in the Yarmouth Regional
Hospital. Landry was a son of the late Henri and Rose
(Landry) d’Eon. He is survived by numerous cousins
on the d’Eon and Landry sides.
Landry was a quiet and respectful person. He really
liked music and enjoyed his outings at Kareoke
and Chase the Ace and also had a fondness for
motorcycles. Landry resided at Le Pont du Marais
Boarding Home for the past six years. It was a
happy place for him. The family would like to thank the staff,
especially Susan N. and April for your acts of kindness towards
Landry.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday morning, September
24th from 9-10 am in the West Pubnico Funeral
Home, Middle West Pubnico. A Mass of Christian burial will
follow at 10:30 am from Église Saint-Pierre, Middle West
Pubnico, with Père Cyrille Assihou officiating. Interment
will be in the parish cemetery. Donations in memory may be
made to St. Peter’s Cemetery Fund or the Heart and Stroke
Foundation of Canada. Family flowers only please.
