Passed away peacefully on Friday, 23 August 2019 aged 88 years, in Grey Nuns Hospital of Edmonton, Alberta.
Much loved mother of three sons (Philip, Sidney, Benjamin) and three daughters (Priscilla, Juliana, Jeannie), mother-in-law of three daughters-in-law (Sharon, Anna, Linda) and two sons-in-law (Rocus, Raymond), grandmother of ten grandchildren (Jerome, Vivian, Horace, Wing Ching, Trevor, Wing Fai, Cheryl, Wing Yan, Cyrus, Darren), grandmother-in-law of two granddaughters-in-law (Claudia, Helen) and one grandson-in-law (Kai), great-grandmother of seven great-grandchildren (Sebastian, Tate, Ignatius, Roman, Dia, Nathaniel, Rosalie), sister of a brother (Yu Sang) and sister-in-law (Mary), aunt of a nephew and a niece, grandaunt of two grandniece and one grandnephew.
Vigil at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Homes, 10011-114 Street, Edmonton, Alberta on Sunday, 8 September 2019, at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass at Mary Help of Christians (Chinese) Parish, 10140 – 119 Street NW , Edmonton, Alberta on Monday, 9 September 2019 at 10:00am and interment thereafter at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14611 Mark Messier Trail NW, Edmonton, Alberta, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu will go to Mary Help of Christians (Chinese) Parish. Please join the family for lunch after the service/interment at Emperor’s Palace Chinese Cuisine, 10638 100 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta. Transportation will be provided after the funeral mass from the Parish to the restaurant.
