Obituary for
Julia Louise Dominix
It is with great sadness that the family of Julia L. Dominix announces her passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Centre at Harbour Breton on Friday, September 6th, 2019, age 87 years of Belleoram.
Julia leaves to mourn her loving family: daughters, Emily Poole (Sam), Queenie Keeping (Philip), Brenda Cox (Gary), Mahilda Dominix (Cecil) and Pamela Dominix (William) all at Belleoram; sons, Wilson Barnes (Rita) at St. Lawrence, George Barnes (Leatha), Harrison Barnes (Linda) and Marshall Barnes (Nina) all at Belleoram; twenty-eight grandchildren, forty-eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; sister, Lillian Strickland at Port aux Basques; plus a number of other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by her first husband, Eli Barnes; second husband, Allan M. Dominix; parents, Anthony and Emily Dominix; brothers, Jim Tom, George and Leo; sister, Gladys.
Visitation will take place at St. Lawrence Anglican Church on Sunday, September 8th, and Monday, September 9th.
Funeral Service will be held at St. Lawrence Anglican Church at Belleoram on Tuesday, September 10th, 2019 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Tryphena Vallis officiating. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Belleoram.
