James Steven Lazaruk passed away on August 30, 2019 in Edmonton AB. He is predeceased by his mother Lillian and he leaves his loving wife Carol, son David (Katherine), sister Jane, father George, and all his many friends, family members, colleagues, students and athletes. The family would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Sherwood Care for their help and support of Jim during his stay.
The Memorial Service will be held on Thursday September 5, 2019 at 2 pm at Bethel Lutheran Church, 288 Bethel Drive, Sherwood Park, AB.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson Association of Alberta.
