Gloria Maria LeBlanc

LeBlanc, Gloria Maria, 74 of Yarmouth passed away August 31,2019 at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Yarmouth she was a daughter to the late John Frank “Bruddy” and Ada (Atkinson) Deveau. Gloria was employed most recently at the Boys and Girls Club of Yarmouth. She enjoyed camping, painting, crocheting, going out to eat, travelling, meeting friends at Tim Horton’s and Legion dances. Most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by sons, Michael (Shaunna), South Ohio; Stanley (Michelle Cottreau), South Ohio; granddaughters, Skotia, Savannah and Lily; sister, Marina (Wayne) Manser, Halifax. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Stan LeBlanc; siblings, Bubsy, Donna, Bobby, Stan, Gladys, Veronica, Butch, Doral and Rose. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 7-9 pm and again Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 1-2:45 pm in the Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a graveside committal at 3pm from Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery. Father Henry Smolenaars officiating. There will be a celebration of life in lieu of a Funeral Service in the Jubilee room of the St Ambrose Co Cathedral following the Graveside Committal.
