Peacefully at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa on Friday, September 6th, 2019. Joyce, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Alex Fraser. Loving mother of Sandra and her husband Doug Watts and of the late Sandy Fraser. Dear grandmother of Brian and Jennifer Watts. Relatives and friends are welcome to visit the family at McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King Street East, Oshawa on Thursday, September 12th, 2019 from 2:00 p.m., until the time of service at 4:00 p.m., with cremation to follow.
