Francis “Frank” Peter Murray, of Walkerton passed away on Saturday, September 21st, 2019 at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton at the age of 90.
Beloved husband of Bernice (nee Kraemer). Loving father of Rene (Donna Pepper) of Lucknow, Paula (Mark) Keehne of Cornelius, NC, Mary Colleen (Tim) Yawney of Guelph and Joseph (Stefanie) of Cambridge. Cherished grandfather of James, Jessica, Micaela, Talia, Katie, Cole, Olivia, Jacob and Grace. Dear brother of Leo Murray of Lucknow, Gerald (Nancy) Murray and Eleanor Kraemer all of Kinloss Township, Barbara (Doug) Schmid of Toronto and Elaine Fisher of Exeter and brother-in-law of Joan Murray of Lucknow and Amelia Murray of Clifford. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Frank was predeceased by his siblings Veronica (Keith) McCarter, Margaret Ann (Bob) Dales, Ab (Gloria) Murray, Charlie Murray, John Murray and in-laws Imelda Murray, Lorne Kraemer, Donald Fisher and
his parents P.A. and Gertrude (nee Collison) Murray.
Frank’s family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday at the Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton (1106 Yonge Street S). Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 26th, 2019 at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Church, Walkerton (221 Victoria Street). Rev. Tom Moisan officiating.
Interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Teeswater.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Walkerton & District Right to Life or Canadian Foodgrains Bank-Jubilee Acres would be appreciated by the family. Cards available at the funeral home.
