The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at the age of 85 years. Beloved husband of Sonia (née Trépanier) Adam. Son of the late Albert and the late Anna (née Lavigne) Adam. He will be missed by his first wife Yvette Quenneville and by their children Lorraine Adam, Gérard Adam (Adèle), Lise Adam (Jean-Luc), Annette Adam (Ronald Wheeler), Albert Adam (Bozena), Léo Adam, Renée Kay (Dave), Jean-Guy “Mike” Adam (Carla), Tracy Browne (Chris) and Vicky Bryant. Dear brother of René Adam (late Simone), Laurier Adam (Jeannine), Bernard Adam (Denise), Rhéal Adam (Patsy), Jeanne Brisson (François), Denise Boyle (Rénald), Louise Savage (Rhéal), Dyane Carrière (Jacques) and Pierre Adam (Jeannine). Predeceased by his siblings, Léon Adam (late Rita), André Adam (Yvonette), Anita Quesnel (late René), Georgette Legault (late Gilles), Marcel Adam and Roland Adam (late Agnès). Sadly missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Ste-Anne-des-Pins Church, Sudbury.
