Passed away peacefully on Friday, September 27, 2019 in the St. Francis Memorial Hospital, Barry’s Bay at the age of 88. Husband of Iona Behm (nee Hass) for 69 years. Loving father to Vandaline (Bruce) Lance, daughter in law Sharon, Wanda (Bill Smith), Roger, Dale, Lorraine, Rhonda and Charles (Vicky). Predeceased by his 2 sons Brian and Eugene and daughter in law Leanna. Amil will be missed by his 19 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Professionally services entrusted to the care of Zohr Family Funeral Home, Killaloe. Visitation will be held at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church on Monday September 30, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9pm and again Tuesday morning after 10am. A Funeral Service will be held at 11am. Interment to follow in parish cemetery. In memory of Amil please consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Stephen’s Church.
