1947-2019
Suddenly in Freetown on Thursday September 12, 2019 of Donald
R. (Donnie) Young of Central Bedeque aged 71 years. Born in
North St. Eleanors, September 19, 1947 son of the
late Ira and Blanche (Coombs) Young. Husband of Marion
(Nicholson) Young. Father of Danny (Jean), Annette (Terry), Barb
(Shawn) and Roy. Grandfather of 7 Grandchildren and 3
great-grandchildren. Brother of Walter (Skip), Jimmy, David
and Debbie. Also survived by numerous nieces and
nephews. Predeceased by his brother Ervil and sister
Sylvia.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation
on Monday from 10 – 11:15 a.m., followed by funeral in the
Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Private family
interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens on Tuesday. If so
desired contributions may be made to the Cancer
Society.
