Sadly, on Saturday, September 7, 2019 surrounded by his family at the Ottawa Heart Institute Decklan “Dick” Billings passed away. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Madeleine (nee Doxtater), his adoring son Raymond Billings (Debbie) of Merrickville and doting Grandpa to Emma. From a large family of siblings, he leaves behind Patricia Tate and a long list of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Edith Billings. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa, on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. lIn lieu of flowers Donations can be made in memory of Decklan to the Ottawa Heart institute.
