David Vibert

(1936-2019)
Miscou – Aux Résidences Lucien Saindon Inc. de Lamèque, le vendredi 20 septembre 2019, à l’âge de 83 ans, est décédé David Vibert, domicilié à Miscou. Né le 12 mai 1936, il était fils de feu Howard Vibert et de feu Lila Mark.
Il laisse dans le deuil ses soeurs : Marjorie de Moncton, Nancy de Burnaby; son frère : Mark de Vancouver, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces, cousins et cousines ainsi que de nombreux amis et amies.
Ses sœurs : Ruth et Janet ainsi qu’un frère Duncan l’ont précédé dans la tombe.
Il n’y aura pas de visite au salon funéraire. Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église United Church de Miscou, le samedi 28 septembre 2019, à 14h.
La direction des funérailles a été confiée aux soins professionnels de la Coopérative Funéraire « La Colombe » Ltée de Tracadie.
David Vibert passed away peacefully on Friday, September 20, 2019, at the age of 83 after a full and eventful life as a well-known fisherman.
He is survived by sisters Marjorie of Moncton, Nancy of Burnaby and brother Mark of North Vancouver. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Pre-deceased by sisters Jeanette and Ruth and brother Duncan.
He will always be remembered for his humour, thoughtfulness and generousity.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28 at 2:00 pm at the Miscou Lighthouse United Church followed by internment at the nearby cemetery opposite the Vibert homestead.
A celebration of life for family and friends is planned for next summer.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Arthritis Society would be
appreciated.
The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of “La Colombe” Funeral Cooperative Ltd, Tracadie.
