It is with great sadness that the family of Assunta (Vitale) D’Ambrosio announces her passing on Saturday September 28th, 2019 at the age of 76 years, after a long illness. Assunta will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 53 years, Francesco and her children, Alberta (Marco), Antonietta (Gregory), and Dani. Assunta will be fondly remembered by her six grandchildren, Marco, Sabrina, Stephanie, Aiden, Olivia and Nicolas and by her sisters-in-law Vincenza and Pierina. Assunta was predeceased by her sister Maria D’Ambrosio (Gianantonio).
A Funeral Service in memory of Assunta will be held on Thursday October 3rd, 2019 at 1p.m. attheCchapel of the Complex Magnus Poirier, 6825 Sherbrooke St E. Interment will follow at Le Repos Saint-Francois d’Assise. Those who so desire may make a memorial donation in memory of Assunta to the Fondation de l’hôpital Santa Cabrini (unité de soins palliatifs).
