It is with great sadness that Bonnie has passed away peacefully at the Palmerston & District Hospital on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the age of 57. She was the loving wife of Larry Brumwell (2008). Loving mother of Jennifer and Evan (Melissa). Loving grandmother of Madison, Wynter, Endora, Porscha and Stanley. Loving daughter of Marie and the late George (2008) Collins. Loving sister of of Ron (Tracey) Collins, Guy (Shirley-Ann) Ord. Loving aunt of Tasha (Dave) Cassidy, Jesse Gammie, Shane and Jessica Fitzpatrick, Anna and Katie Colquhoun. Loving great-aunt to Colt Cassidy. Best friend to Linda Young, Inge Hausler, Marianna (Bob) Colquhoun. Loving second mother to Crystal, Reid, Matthew and Rob. Bonnie will be missed by many other family, friends, cousins and past co-workers.
As per Bonnie’s request, cremation has taken place and arrangements are being made for a Celebration of Life which will be held at 8773 Concession 9 (Conestoga Estates) Recreation Hall.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Long Run Thoroughbred Retirement Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Bonnie in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
