Obituary of Beverly Ann Works
Beverly Ann Works of Coll Ave., Stellarton passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2019 at home. Born in New Glasgow she was a daughter of the late Howard and Dorothy (Pentz) Works.
She was a resident of Stellarton all her life. Beverly loved to cook and make preserves and was always willing to help anyone in need. She was an active volunteer at the Shepherd’s Lunch Room for many years.
Surviving are sisters Linda White, Stellarton; Marie (Dale) MacLeod, Greenhill; brother Brian (Kathy) Works, Vancouver; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother Howard, sister Laureen, and brother-in-law Robert “Bob” White.
Cremation has taken place. A private family burial will take place in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery at a later date.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Shepperd’s Lunch Room.
Arrangements are under the direction of the H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Chapel, Stellarton.
