The passing of Betty Lois (Condly) O’Brien of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Alphie O’Brien, occurred on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at the Mountainside Lodge. Born on September 14, 1938 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late George and Margaret (Watson) Condly.

Betty is survived by her sons, Stephen O’Brien (Trina Burke), Danny O’Brien (Charlene Stone), Chris O’Brien, all of Fredericton, NB, and Harry Dunbar, Baxter, ON; daughters, Peggy O’Brien, Judy O’Brien and Angie O’Brien (Eric Gale), all of Fredericton, NB; brother, Edward Condly, Fredericton, NB; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Susan O’Brien; brother, George Condly; grandson, Kehewin O’Brien; nephew, Lawney Condly; daughter-in-law, Peggy Tahir.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 7-9 pm. For those who wish remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
