Passed peacefully away on September 5, 2019 in his 86th year of CBS. Aubrey was a lifetime parishioner of St. Peter’s Anglican Church and member of the choir for 75 years. He was a former Master of Lodge Conception and a member of Men’s Service Club. Also , Aubrey was a Councilor Deputy Mayor and Mayor of Conception Bay South. He was a volunteer in multiple charities and actively involved in community organization. Predeceased by his parents: Harold and Janie Dawe, brothers: Ralph and Mackie, sisters: Doris, Marguerite , Myrtle and nieces and nephews. Left with fond and loving memories his cherished wife of 59 years Cynthia. Also a large circle of family and friends including the Dawe ‘s and Scott ‘s families. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Saturday from 7 pm – 9 pm, Sunday from 2 pm – 4 pm & 7 pm – 9 pm. Funeral Service will take place from St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Upper Gullies on Monday September 9, 2019 at 2 pm. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Upper Gullies.
