Obituary of Annette Monique Chaput
With great sadness, the family announces the passing of Annette Chaput on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital at the age of 64. Beloved wife of Armand Chaput. Loving mother of William and Julie. Dear sister of Colette (Alfred), Gérard, Pierrette (Edmond), Diane (Richard), Louise (Murray), Pauline (Normand) and Rachelle (Laurier). Predeceased by her father Leo-Paul, her mother Bernadette and her sister Madeleine. Annette will always be remembered for the dedicated love and support she provided her family. Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 56 rue St-Jacques, Chapeau, Quebec on Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 20, 2019 in St. Alphonsus Church, Chapeau, Quebec at 11 a.m. followed by a reception at St-Joseph’s Municipal Hall. Donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation would be appreciated. A special thank you is extended to the foundation for their care in her final days.
