Gareb, Alfred Halim passed away peacefully on September 24, 2019 in New Westminster at the age of 80. Predeceased by his wife Salwa Gareb. He will be lovingly remembered by his son Elie (Amber, Anthony, Lucas and Nalia) and daughter Rita. Prayers will be offered Thursday, October 3, 7pm at Kearney Columbia-Bowell Chapel, 219-6th Street New Westminster. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, October 4, 11:15am at St. Francis de Sales, 6610 Balmoral St, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada.
