In sadness and with admiration of her bravery, the Rowleys are announcing the death of Barbara Ann Rowley, 86, (née Welton) on Sunday, September 15, 2019. Barbara was predeceased by her husband Eric (married in 1955). She is survived by four children Scott, Jennifer, Jane, and Ann, grand children: Cari Emery, Paige and Mark Johnston, great granddaughters: Brooklyn and Madelyn.
Barb had a passion for people and forged many long lasting and special friendships. She was known for her rambunctious spirit and her no nonsense approach.
We suspect that she walked the equivalent of the earth’s circumference, one hour at a time, every morning for close to 50 years.
There will be a celebration at the house on Saturday, September 21 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. (70 Bond Street #1) in Lindsay. Please join us.
Dad was our bedrock, Mom was our sunshine.
