Robert Michael “Bob” Delmage
On the evening of Thursday, September 5th, 2019, Robert “Bob” Michael Delmage, a talented artist, loving son, brother, nephew, and uncle, passed away at the age of 58. Born on May 1st, 1961 in Shilo, Manitoba to Everett Colby Delmage and Gwendolyn Margaret (nee Dennison). Dear brother of Carol and Cameron Emond, Deborah and Allen Violini McKeand, James Delmage, Leona and Frank Jimmo, Kenneth and Susan Delmage, Brenda and Steve Blanchfield, Gloria and Randy Dunn, Karen and Leo Bisson, and predeceased brother Barry Neil Delmage. Bob successfully completed his diploma from Fisher Heights High School in 1979. Family and friends will always remember Bob’s passion for singing, composing and playing of several instruments. Music and wit truly grounded Bob through any obstacle in life. His songs will forever remain in our hearts. Friends are invited to a Memorial Service for Bob at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O’Connor) on Friday, September 13th, 2019 at 11 am. Reception to follow. Interment at Springhill Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest with his father. In remembrance of Bob, donations to the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario and the Ottawa Mission Foundation are greatly appreciated. Let’s continue to support the invaluable services they offer.
