William ‘Bill’ Thomas McKenzie III 1943 2019

Obituary of William ‘Bill’ Thomas McKenzie III
Bill was a sales rep, scouter, cyclist, hockey fanatic, and avid fisherman. He passed away peacefully on Monday, August 12, 2019, after a long battle against multiple myeloma that he fought to the end.
Bill will be greatly missed by his wife Mary, their children Bill, Carolyn (Brent), Kathryn (1970), Brian (Erica) and Brad (Mandy).
He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Nick, Drew, Jace, Isaaac, Aoife, Evelyn, Isla, and his great-granddaughter Fiona.
He is also survived by his sister Darlene, his sister-in-law Judy, his brothers-in-law Frand and John (Barb) and cousin John Cook.
His wry sense of humour, his love of a argument, his stories and his laughter will remain with all his friends and family forever.
Our sincere thanks and appreciation to all the nurses on C 7 for the wonderful care they gave him and to Dr. Phua and Myra at the cancer clinic for all their efforts to help him fight.
In lieu of flowers we would appreciate donations made to the LRCP Multiple mYeloma Research Fund.
A Celebration of Bill’s Life will take place on Saturday, August 17th at the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre, 551 Windermere Road, London, Ontario. Ceremony will begin at 11:00 a.m. Refreshments to follow.
