Mason, William Angus: (September 12, 1948 – March 2, 2019) Passed peacefully away at Largo Medical Hospital, Florida with the love of his life of 43 years by his side, his wife & best friend Kay, along with their daughter Shelene (the apple of her dads eye), son in-law Brad, dear brother Eugene, dearest friends Bob & Sharon Morgan along with Fr. Jonathon Parish Priest of St. Patrick’s Church, Largo Florida. Predeceased by his son Shawn, father William, brother Hubert, sister Sheila, special uncle Ned Flannigan & many co-workers in the construction industry both in Newfoundland & Fort McMurray. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his devoted wife & best friend Kay (nee Woodford), daughter, Shelene Pelley (Brad), grandchildren: Jessica & Tyler Mason & Cody & Kelsey Pelley, great-grandchildren: Lyla & Avery, mother, Winnifred, brothers: Andy (Mercedes), Kevin (Lucina), David (Anne), Eugene (Sandra), LeRoy (Shirley), brothers in-law: Ray (Frances) & Joe (Roxanne) Woodford, numerous nephews, nieces & a large circle of family, friends & co-workers. At his request cremation has taken place. Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 2 pm – 9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 10:30 am from Assumption Church, Avondale. Inurnment to follow at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Hr. Main. Donations in Angus’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Dr. H Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
