Obituary of Wayne Kenneth Hill
Passed away at his home on Hogg Valley Road, Victoria Harbour with family & friends at his side on Wednesday August 7, 2019 at the age of 75. Cherished companion of Jeanne Whittaker. Survived by his sister Georgia Hill of Vancouver, B.C., his son Brad Hill, his nephew Brandon Hill, nieces Nicole and Andrea, sister-in-law Sharon Hill, his 5 grandchildren and by his great nieces & nephews. Predeceased by his son Jeff, parents Kenneth & Thelma, and brother Paul. Wayne was founder and operator of Hill-Cress Dog Haven. Following cremation, a celebration of Wayne’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #523, Victoria Harbour on Saturday September 7th from 1-4pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Wayne may be made Hill-Cress Dog Haven “Rescue” and may be made through the Funeral Home.
