Teresita S Macalino October 28th 1932 August 4th 2019

With faith and comfort that she has been called by our Father in heaven, we share that Teresita S. Macalino passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 4th, 2019 surrounded by family.
Teresita was born in Mexico, Pampanga, Philippines, the youngest of five children. She is predeceased by her husband, Fernando Macalino and her siblings, Patrocinia, Wivinia, Jose, and Jovencio.
Throughout her life, Teresita was devoted to serving the Church. In the Philippines, she was an organist and soloist at the Parish of Santa Monica in Mexico. Upon arriving in Canada in 1981 she continued to be active at various parishes, including Corpus Christi in Vancouver. Teresita spent the latter years of her life as a resident at Purdy Pavilion and our family is grateful to all of the staff there for the care and compassion for her.
Funeral Mass for Teresita will be held on Tuesday August 20th at Corpus Christi Parish in Vancouver at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Gethsemani in Surrey.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Teresita S Macalino October 28th 1932 August 4th 2019..
