Passed away peacefully at the Stayner Nursing Home on Monday, August 26, 2019. Alice Spottiswood (nee Mount) of Stayner, formerly of Woodland Beach in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Charles Spottiswood. Dear mother of William (Barbara) of Mississauga, Robert (Robyn) of Gibbons Alberta, and the late Charlene (survived by Tom), Charles, and Richard. Grandmother of Christine, Adam, Alex, Douglas, and Danie. Great-grandmother of Shelbi, Maya, Thomas, Coen, and Ryerson. Sister of the late Sydney and Kenneth Mount. Sister-in-law of George (late Evelyn) Spottiswood.
Visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home in Elmvale from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Wednesday, August 28. Memorial service in the chapel on Thursday, August 29 at 4 pm.
Memorial donations to the Shriners would be appreciated by the family.
