Wade Mervin Schille was born on Thursday, September 17, 1964 in Wilkie, Saskatchewan. He came into the world welcomed into a family of 10 children, 5 boys and 5 girls, making him the 6th boy and 11th child of Albert and Katherine (née Uzelman) Schille. He passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019 in Kelowna, British Columbia.
He is survived by his siblings Terence (Susan) Schille of Winnipeg, MB; Patrick (Linda) Schille of Calgary, AB; Gayleen (Ken) Mann of Wilkie, SK; Gwen (Bill) Haase of Wilkie, SK; Allan (Vicki Phipps) Schille of Lloydminster, SK; Melford (Darcy) Schille of Maple Ridge, BC; Armelle (Len Jaroszuk) Schille of St. Albert, AB; Anna (Roy) Pernitsky of Red Deer, AB; Charles Schille of Lloydminister, SK; Brent (Sharon) Schille of Calgary, AB; Peter (Karla) Schille of Lloydminister, SK; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Albert Schille in 2013 and Katherine Schille in 2018, his sister Donna (née Schille) Hofer in 2014, and his nephews Shane Mann and Anthony Schille.
A celebration of his life will take place at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort Hotel, 1310 Waters Street in Kelowna on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm. There will be a slide show and eulogy presentation at 8pm.
A Gathering and Interment will be held in Wilkie, SK early in October.
