Ruth Lindsay Walker (Reid) Thom – 85,
of Kentville. It is with great sadness that we, the family of the late
Ruth Thom, announce her sudden passing on August 13, 2019 at the QEII
Health Sciences Center, New Halifax Infirmary Site, Halifax. Born in
Dumfries, Scotland she was the daughter of the late Leslie and Wilma
(Moffet) Reid. She is survived by her daughter, Shona (Blair)
Burnside. Ruth was predeceased by her husband, George. A celebration
of Ruth’s life will take place at a later date. Arrangements
have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation
Services, Kentville.
